Avatar

Avatar is a 2009 American epic science fiction film directed, written, and produced by James Cameron. The movie is set in the future where humans are colonizing a resource-rich moon Pandora inhabited by a tribe of local indigenous humanoid species called Na’vi in an effort to acquire a valuable mineral called unobtanium. The movie’s title and the plot itself revolve around a genetically engineered Na’vi body operated remotely by a human which is used to interact with indigenous humanoids of Pandora.
