The Walking Dead is a zombie apocalypse media franchise created by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moor, and Charlie Adlard. The franchise was based on the original work, a comic book series titled The Walking Dead. So far the franchise consists of comic book series, several television series, web series, films, novels, video games, and other forms of media. The Walking Dead premise revolves around a group of survivors living in a post-apocalypse, the aftermath of a zombie apocalypse and their efforts to survive.
