‘Star Trek: Lower Decks’ is an American adult animated science fiction TV series created by Mike McMahan for Paramount+. As the ninth installment in the Star Trek franchise, it debuted in 2020 and is the first animated series since ‘Star Trek: The Animated Series’ in 1974. 

Set in the 24th century, the show humorously explores the adventures and daily lives of the lower-ranking support crew aboard the starship Cerritos, one of Starfleet’s less important vessels. The fourth season of the series continues to follow these lower-ranking officers as they perform small tasks and go around their day-to-day duties.

‘Star Trek: Lower Decks’ Season 4 Episodes 1 & 2 Release Date

The first two episodes of ‘Star Trek: Lower Decks’ will be released on Thursday, September 7, 2023. Following the release of the first two episodes, new episodes will be released weekly every Thursday night. The titles of the first two episodes are ‘Twovix,’ and ‘I Have No Bones, Yet I Must Flee,’ respectively. As for the time, across all timezones, the release schedule is as follows: 

  • Pacific Time (PT) – 7:00 p.m 
  • Central Time (CT) – 9:00 p.m 
  • Eastern Time (ET) – 10:00 p.m 
  • United Kingdom (GMT) – 03:00 a.m 
  • Central Europe (CET) – 04:00 a.m

‘Star Trek: Lower Decks’ will have ten episodes in total, just like the prior seasons. With the first two episodes arriving on September 7, we can expect the finale to drop on November 2, 2023.
