In total, only five female Sternritter have been presented in the Bleach series, but the five of them – collectively known as the Bambies – made an impact and are among the most popular Quincy in the series. Now, because of that, people, of course, want to know about their stories and their ultimate fates in the series, which is what inspired this article. In this article, we are going to focus on Meninas McAllon, the Sternritter “P” – “The Power,” as you are going to find out what happened to her in the series.

Meninas McAllon is the Sternritter “P” – “The Power”. She is the gentle-looking, pink-haired female Sternritter, but she actually has superhuman strength and is physically quite strong thanks to her power. Initially, she participated in the battle against Ichigo and his allies but was, at one point, turned into PePe Waccabrada’s slave, after which she clashed with Liltotto, who managed to incapacitate her. Her incapacitated body was later found and taken by Mayuri and his 12th Division, as Meninas and Candice became Mayuri’s subordinates and a subject for his experiments. This was confirmed in the Can’t Fear Your Own World light novel. The two of them were eventually saved by Liltotto, Giselle, and zombie Bambietta and are now alive and well in the series.

The remainder of this article will give you a detailed overview of Meninas McAllon’s fate in the Bleach series, especially in light of what happened to her after her confrontation with Ichigo and her fate after being taken by Mayuri. You already know what happened and how it happened, so we will just bring you the details so you know the whole context. Be careful, though, as the article will contain many spoilers, so if you don’t know all the details, be careful how you approach the text.

Meninas McAllon seemed like the most gentle of the female Sternritter, but she was actually the strongest

Meninas McAllon, sadly, shares the fate of most of the other Quincy, as little to nothing is known about her history in the series. It is not known how she became a Sternritter or why her Schrift is “P” – “The Power,” which is most likely a direct consequence of the fact that Kubo had to rush the final saga of his manga.

Now, on top of that, she was more or less a secondary character, unlike Giselle and Liltotto (and Bambietta), so we don’t really have much to tell you, as she was – for the most part – perceived as simply being a part of the Bambies.

Uryu Ishida was selected to succeed Yhwach at a Sternritter meeting, where Meninas McAllon first appeared in the anime. Bambietta Basterbine, who had just slain a subordinate out of rage, was approached by Meninas and the other female Sternritter not much later.

When asked about what worried her, she said it was the Wandenreich’s future. She appears at the site of the fight after Bambietta loses to Sajin Komamura, along with Candice Catnipp, Liltotto Lamperd, and Giselle Gewelle, who uses her abilities to “rescue” Bambietta, despite the latter protesting.

Following Gremmy Thoumeaux’s passing, the same group subsequently confronts Kenpachi Zaraki; according to Liltotto, their goal was to eliminate the vulnerable Shinigami. During a skirmish with Kenpachi’s men, Meninas used her “The Power” to send a large chunk of rock at a group of Shinigami from the 11th Division, killing them instantly.

Meninas and the other female Quincy nearly brought down the 11th Division and made Kenpachi their target before Ichigo Kurosaki emerged on the scene like a flash of lightning. The four Sternritter are shocked as Ichigo appears behind them and confronts them right away.

Meninas and Giselle inquire about “him,” and Liltotto responds by identifying him as Ichigo Kurosaki, which somewhat surprises both Meninas and Giselle. Yhwach identifies Ichigo as one of the five Special War Threats, but Candice is unfazed and immediately strikes him with a lightning bolt.

Candice is thrown into a building as Ichigo grabs her arm to deflect her strike. Although they do it in unison, the other female Quincy and Candice are both flung into buildings as they assault Ichigo.

In the end, the onslaught fails, and Ichigo is able to combat all five of them at once. They then turned on their Sklaverei, but even that couldn’t stop Ichigo. Finally, Bazz-B arrives to claim all the credit for himself and strikes each of them with his Burner Finger.

But when Yhwach prepared to travel to the Palace, the four of them quickly bounced back and were soon joined by a number of other Strenritter, making a total of eight of them who wanted to fight Ichigo. The eight of them would not let Ichigo stop him, and eventually, they found themselves in opposition to a group of Shinigami who had come to aid him.

Meninas and Liltotto observed Byakuya, as their own ally, PePe Waccabrada, used his “The Love” to put them under his control. Liltotto escaped, but Meninas was hit, and she soon used her powers to hit Liltotto as the two friends fought for PePe’s enjoyment. Liltotto was able to incapacitate Meninas and hid her body somewhere, as she proceeded to kill and devour Pepe for being such a lowly character, which also released Meninas from his spell.

At an unknown point in the story, Menina’s body – as she was still alive – was found by Mayuri and his 12th Division, and it was taken – along with the body of Candice Catnipp – to Mayuri’s division.

There, Captain Kurotsuchi decided to make them his subordinates and use them for some of his experiments, although it seemed that he was more humane than usual and that they had a more practical application than his usual subjects. Be that as it may, the Can’t Fear Your Own World light novel revealed this, and since the light novel can be considered canon, we can confirm that it revealed the ultimate fate of Meninas McAllon.

At the same time, Liltotto and Giselle, who had also survived, worked together with zombie Bambietta to save Meninas and Candice, which is why they ultimately managed to do so near the end of the light novel. The manga never really explained this very well, as Meninas was left with an unknown fate in the manga; we know that Liltotto incapacitated her, but that she was alive, so we could’ve speculated about her fate had the light novel not been written and published.

Luckily for us, Narita and Kubo collaborated on the work, which revealed that Meninas McAllon survived, and after being saved by their friends, both Meninas McAllon and Candice Catnipp were freed from Mayuri’s “control,” and we can confirm that they are currently alive and well in the series, although they don’t really have a major role, seeing how the Quincy are no longer a major threat in Bleach.
