‘The Changeling’ is an upcoming horror fantasy TV series based on Victor LaValle’s novel, set to debut on September 8, 2023, on Apple TV+. Created by Kelly Marcel and directed by Melina Matsoukas.

The show follows Apollo Kagwa, a used book dealer played by LaKeith Stanfield, as he searches for his wife, Emma “Emmy” Valentine (Clark Backo), who commits a disturbing act after their first child’s birth. Adina Porter portrays Apollo’s mother, while Alexis Louder portrays a young version of her. Samuel T. Herring appears as William Wheeler, who aids Apollo in his mission to reclaim his family.

Since the premiere date is getting closer, we’ve decided to present you with a comprehensive release schedule for the entire show. 

‘The Changeling’ Episodes 1,2,3 Release Date 

The first 3 episodes of ‘The Changeling’ will be released on Friday, September 8, 2023. Following the release of the first three episodes, additional episodes will be released weekly every Friday night. The title of the episodes so far remains unknown. As for the time, across all timezones, the release schedule is as follows:  

  • Pacific Time (PT) – 9:00 p.m
  • Central Time (CT) –11:00 p.m
  • Eastern Time (ET) – 12:00 a.m
  • United Kingdom (GMT) – 04:00 a.m
  • Central Europe (CET) – 06:00 a.m

How many episodes will Apple TV’s ‘The Changeling’ have? 

‘The Changeling’ is expected to have eight episodes in total, with the first three episodes being released on September 8. We can expect the finale to land on October 13, 2023. We have no information regarding the second season of the series, it’s too early to tell, and additional renewal will most likely depend on the success of the show.
